Founding Story

Liv Artisanal was founded in 2021 by Olivia Grant, a seasoned food connoisseur with a deep passion for high-quality food products. After graduating from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Piemonte, Italy, which was founded by Slow Food, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving traditional food practices, Olivia discovered the traditional way to hand roast nuts. This inspired her to create Liv Artisanal, with the aim of sharing her passion for elevated food products with others.
